This position is under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Site Manager/Post Captain/Security Supervisor for shift assignment, and is responsible for the superb delivery of customer service as the first and last impression for guests, visitors and residents, as well as the protection and safeguarding of property, persons and other assets.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Examples of duties include, but are not limited to, customer service for guests/visitors/residents, greeting and directing visitors, enforcing access control and operational procedures, protecting property from theft, sabotage, fire and accidents, responding to calls for assistance, writing reports on accidents, various incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other related situations, providing needed assistance to customers, residents, employees and visitors in accordance to company or department procedures; may be asked to assist with the training of new staff, may be asked to assist with other related duties, as needed, by the Supervisor or Manager.
Customer Service experience required, as well as the ability to multi-task, write legible comprehensive incident reports, observe and record information, apply attention to detail and people skills, display vigilance, focus and diligence.
Exceptional Customer Service skills and phone etiquette A MUST, Bilingual Spanish a PLUS.
