To protect the interests of daily operations, the Kent Academy emphasizes knowledge of departmental regulations, civil liability, courtroom processes and report writing. Additionally, our officers possess CPR/AED Heartsaver certification, first-class hospitality inspired etiquette and exceptional communication skills for effective personal interaction.
